XP1 is a new scheme from moremilk to sit within UK TV commercials production.

Our unique scheme promotes diversity and social mobility.

Working alongside a full senior crew, our young creative XP1 ‘mentees’ receive an end-to-end production experience, working on a genuine ad for TV or online.


XP1 is our unique scheme that gives young creative people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds an end-to-end production experience, working alongside a senior crew on a genuine advert for TV or online.

By pairing young talent with a senior crew we not only provide mentorship and guidance, but ensure the quality of the shoot and final ad. Our young people come away with hands-on experience and mentorship, industry connections and a credit for their CV.

We’re already applying XP1 to all new moremilk projects, and are seeking new brand partners to commit live briefs to the scheme.

Put simply, when a brief is committed to the initiative we partner with the brand to shoot it, applying XP1 to the project.

There’s no need to create anything new because XP1 applies easily to almost any project.
